There is always the right tool for the job. Imagine needing to repair the plumbing in your bathroom and choosing to use a pliers rather than pipe wrench to tighten the fittings under the sink. 1 - What is the usage of the ramp
2 - What mobility equipment is being used on the ramp
3 - Is the mobility equipment occupied or unoccupied during use
4 - Who will be deploying the ramp (if a temporary ramp)
5 - Will someone assist with the mobility equipment on the ramp
6 - Will the ramp be used in more than one location
Additionally, consideration should be given to the material and quality of the ramp. Purchasing a ramp that will decompose and deteriorate, will only create future issues and problems.
